Just now I go and check my mail, then I saw a mail that Mun Yee send me long time ago.
After reading, I saw "Joanne" name, then I only remember that I not yet add her in to my
MSN..I just copy the address from there and paste.
She accept me when Irealise her first name is different, so i though is Joanne lee lo.

After few minutes, "Joanne" come and ask me something
Joanne: May i know who are u?
Me: guess
Me: u didn't see my personal picture?(because that is my picture)
Joanne:No, i really don't know u.

Until here, i only realise I add wrong people liao T T( damn paiseh)
Actually their christian name is the same only the one I add wrong, her first name is almost same with our friend Joanne want TT

Today, Munnie's group having presentation in Malaysian studies class.Erm, not bad la quite good like their style.A bit like usually lo (because that is their character , so cute^^).
Then Pui Mun's group also present on that day. They presenting 3 different culture food. When they are passing the food I'm not really intrested lo.But when I saw a Malay kuih,I forget the name. Is green colour want and got santan at the outer layer and sometime it got brown sugar(liquid for m 1)"(黑糖）inside. Yummy~ so delicious^^Joseph also like that food, then we are talking about how delicious the black sugar is . We are waiting for the food pass to us. Finally, we get it. Yeah~~~After we chew, we look at each other and laugh. Just now we are so happy discuss about the brown sugar then there is no anything inside,is KOSONG de. 炸到=x But also not bad la...

It is not anythings special actually. But today quite happy^^.After bath,we go pasar malam at 8pm.There is sooooooooooooooooo many people, because usually we go there very early. But when we back to the hostel, there is no water.Ya again~this month already a few times no water to use d le T.T( but luckily we bath already xD)

People who gobble down their food and eat until they feel full are three times more likely to get fat compared with people who eat slowly and modestly.
So say Japanese researchers in a study that suggests shifting patterns of behaviour, driven by the advent of fast food and cheap food, are widely to blame for the obesity pandemic.
Osaka University's Hiroyasu Iso and colleagues recruited 1,122 men and 2,165 women aged between 30 and 69 and asked them to closely track their eating habits and body mass index (BMI), a benchmark of obesity.
Around half of the men, and just over half of the women, said they ate until they were full.
Just under half of the men, and a little more than a third of the women, said they ate quickly.
Men and women who ate until full were twice as likely to be overweight compared with counterparts who did not eat until full.
Those who ate both quickly and to satiety were three times likelier to be overweight.
"The combination of the two eating behaviours had a supra-additive effect on being overweight," the team say in their paper, published online Tuesday by the British Medical Journal (BMJ).
The study distinguished between people who ate until full and those who reported binge-eating. Intriguingly, it found those who ate until full had in fact a higher calorie intake than those who gorged.
In a commentary, also carried by the BMJ, Australian nutrionists Elizabeth Denney-Wilson and Karen Campbell suggested that the drive to eat quickly is a genetic survival mechanism -- humans are hardwired to overconsume energy when it is available.
This mechanism has run into problems, though, with food that is cheap and instantly available and eaten swiftly, they argued.
"It may be that the changing sociology of food consumption, with fewer families eating together, more people eating while distracted (for example, while watching television), and people eating 'fast food' while on the go all promote eating quickly," said Denney-Wilson and Campbell.
"Furthermore, the increased availability of relatively inexpensive food, which is more energy-dense and served in substantially larger portions, may promote eating beyond satiety."

Yer~so next time eat slower and eat 70% full is enough.If not I will grow fat some more T.T

Conclusion is (booo!) our fees is increasing.
The new price will start from next semester.
The course rise from RM 58,000 to RM 62,000.TT (rise RM 4,000)
But the tutor salary did not rise, i ask 1 of our tutor want.
No wonder lesser tutor want to teach here la =x

A meaningful camp. I like it so much 7 of us join this camp.Got Christine, Shawn, Nicole, Kelly, Linn, Pika and me^^In the beginning I though it won't be nice and successful want because just after the heavy rain.

But I'm wrong it was so funny. We play games and dance ^^

The most funny is when playing the game wolf ,shepherd and sheep.

The wolf is going to chase others group sheeps and put in their group. The shepherd is to protect the sheep.When the second time play the game the foreign students just carried the people to their group.the wolf from others group also kena tangkap XD

Got 1 wolf is going to attack my group already. Suddenly the foreign wolf carried the wolf away.Haha^^my sheep is safe.But why he caught the wolf? =__=!!!wakaka

We eat so many things le.When we buy tickets the people still say please eat something before come you won't be full.Then you see what we eat.

Dinner Supper: 3 plates of sandwich ,1 plate junkfood, 4 plates mee hon, 1 plate BBQ food, 1 plate Jagung and 2 plate fruits. All are so full le.

Yuck~jagung, I hate it><

The Rolex watch that Lee Ah Bai wanted is on Ahma's left wrist. Kiasu Aunty & Pei Pei ,Ah ma is wearing theTiffany necklace, earrings and ring that you asked for. Please take them. The 6 white Polo cotton socks that Ah ma is wearing must be divided among my teenage cousins. Let me know what else you need as Ah Kong also not feeling well nowadays. I can send all required things when our Ah Kong goes back too.....

Finally I didn't headeach on Monday d^^wakakaka
Today Wen Yee and me reached earlier.
So we faster do the experiment.
Then Tony(a new friend) came and help us to do the experiment.
This experiment we got to count the ocscillation of the spring.
Tony is learning english, so he tried to use english to count.
but he failed to count in english, so he use his own language.
I use mandrin and english and another 1 use english.
I think around 25 minutes,we already finished the experiment.
HAHAHA, so happy
Then christine and me went to kacau them(pika, James and Edwinson)

and I always post a lot of things I don't like, I hate and I complain a lot

I agree with what he said
we should write happy things in the blog and this will be the sweet memory

I nearly forgot the reason I write the blog.
I try don't complain so much
make the post is a happy post
